Finally the Premiership football season kicked off again last weekend. That also means the welcome return of my offices fantasy football league which I better win again this season (although I'm in 10th the moment)! So as I haven't done the Premiership football fixtures for a while here are the games being played on Saturday 23/08/08, Sunday 24/08/08 and Monday 25/08/08 along with the kick off times.
Yes I know I'm a bit slow on this weird news story but in case you've missed it female police officers in Germany are set to get bullet proof bras. Apparently the bullet proof bra was designed to prevent any hard objects in the item causing injury after the bullet proof vest does its job stopping the projectile.
Portsmouth have ruled French international Lassana Diarra out of the Community Shield game against Manchester United. Diarra has apparently only played one game of football since returning from holiday so will miss the seasons opening game at Wembley.
As I've said on the boys blog several times before I recently purchased my first bachelor pad. So being a boy my first job was to decorate the bedroom which I done pretty fast (with the help of a plasterer friend). So I had to find myself a funky bed that I can get the likes of Sara Jean Underwood, Kendra Wilkinson and Giselle Bunschen naked (yeah I should be so lucky)! Originally I was going to go for funky designer modern contemporary faux leather type bed. They do look cool on the bed shop websites but not as good when you see them in the flesh, plus I was starting to run out of money so went for the cheaper wooden option and got myself a Malm Bed from Ikea.
