Ok I admit it I can resist no longer and just have to post some
pictures of the seriously gorgeous Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. The Alfa
Romeo 8C Competizione is not only beautiful to look at but one very
rare car with production being limited to just 500. The Italian
supercar is powered by a V8 engine producing around 444bhp which will
propel the 8C Competizione from 0 to 60 in about 4.2 seconds and on to
a top speed of 181. It will cost £111.000 here in the UK and ok so some
German cars can hit these speeds at a fraction of the cost they can't
do it in this much style.
Of the 500 Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione cars to be built only 41 are
coming to the UK (apparently the first order was taken today) but more
importantly will see the return of Alfa Romeo to the American market
with 84 cars after around 12 years of absence.
Just look at these pictures of the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, apart from Aston Martin I can't think of a modern car maker producing such a good looking sports car.
