The much anticipated Sony PS3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 release dates for Grand Theft Auto IV have been confirmed by Rockstar Games as the 29th of April. The date is for a worldwide release and if I was a betting man I'd put money on Grand Theft Auto IV being one of the biggest games (if not the biggest) of 2008.
Sam Houser from Rockstar Games said about the release of Grand Theft Auto IV "We are so excited to be releasing Grand Theft Auto IV. We've pushed ourselves very hard to make something incredible and hope the game sets a new benchmark for interactive entertainment."
Maybe finally Nintendo Wii owners will have a reason to be jealous of both the PS3 and Xbox 360. Then again maybe not lol.
