The Aston Martin used in the new James Bond film Quantum Of Solace has
been crashed into the Italian Lake Garda. The British sports car was
being delivered to the movie set in heavy rain when the driver lost
control around a tight corner and the Aston Martin DBS ploughed off the
road and into the lake.
The crashed car is apparently the only one available to the film makers
of 007's latest outing. The driver that crashed the DBS into Lake Garda
was taken to hospital after the accident and is said to only have minor
injuries.
The picture above is from Italian TV showing the James Bond Aston Martin DBS being winched from the lake. Looks like a pretty big drop to me and its a miracle the driver wasn't seriously hurt in the crash.

Saw this on the news earlier, the pictures of the aston martin after it had been pulled from the lake looked incredible. A real waste of a really expensive car but seriously impressive at the same time in a sadistic way. Will aston martin give the james bond producers another car for the film?? The crash has given lots of press and media attention to both the new james bond film and aston martin.
